CSA (Community Supported Agriculture):

A Flower CSA works much like the popular Veggie CSA’s. Members invest in the gardens by purchasing a share up front and early in the season. This investment supports the upfront cost ASB assumes in the spring for seeds, mediums, and soil prep. In return you, the share member, receive weekly flowers once they are ready to harvest! The CSA Bouquets are a market style and meant to be brought into the home and arranged by you. ASB’s flowers are locally grown and harvested fresh every week. This means that the vase life of your flowers is higher than flowers you might purchase at other retailers— like grocery stores. In addition ASB Flowers are grown sustainably and organically with respect for the environment (including soil and pollinator health).

Flower Subscription Members

Subscription Members also make an upfront payment that supports the gardens. Subscription Members will receive my best specialty cut flowers arranged as a stylish hand tied bouquet wrapped in tissue and butcher paper or in a designer vase. You will be able to choose how often you receive your flowers- weekly/bi weekly/monthly and we’ll work around any vacations or time away. You will be able to influence the design— favorite colors, textures, etc will be taken into account where possible. Additionally delivery (within a 10 mile radius of our Barnum Studio) is included in your Subscription Pricing. Subscriptions require more time and design effort on my part and are priced as such.

What are the additional benefits of becoming a Member?

CSA and Subscription Members will receive additional benefits along side their flowers. For the length of the subscription a 10% discount on special orders, wreaths, and other offerings throughout the season. As well as early access to the various offerings throughout the growing season. And a weekly Dear Flower Friend Newsletter keeping you up to date on the season and what’s included in the bouquets/designs that week.

Testimonials:

I feel such joy to see these blooms all over my home. They are lovely and, with proper care, last many weeks. By the end of summer I have vases in every room of my home. My partner and I keep a small vase of them on our desks while we work from home, and it’s so nice to see something beautiful contrasting my computer screen. Bonus, it feels so classy to have flowers on the table when guests come over.
